My Industry Experience

I'm Kel, and throughout school I had always had a strong interest in the building sector. I began my journey by completing a Youth Training Scheme (YTS) in electronic, electrical, and mechanical engineering. Following that, I pursued a City & Guilds 236 apprenticeship to become a qualified electrician. During this time, I worked as an electrician’s mate and an intruder alarm installer, gaining valuable experience in the security industry as well.

Once I became qualified, I started my own business, leading to the creation of KJF Electrical.

Over the years, I have been subcontracted by London Underground Limited (LUL) for EDF Energy, where I successfully completed numerous station refurbishment projects. I have also been involved in industrial banking communications installations as part of a dedicated team.

More recently, I have shifted my focus back to domestic and commercial properties' electrical installations, home automation, and security installations. My work has allowed me to build a large and loyal client base, and I have received excellent feedback through TrustATrader for my services.
